Oral Presentations and Posters: Submission Guidelines
A 250-word abstract must be submitted through the EasyChair ESCS Abstract submission platform (make sure that you select the ESCS track): https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=eccb2020
For each presenting author related to the abstract, only one submission will be considered. Submissions should include the following:
- Name/affiliation/email of presenting author
- Names/affiliations of all co-authors
- At least three keywords to facilitate the evaluation.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be structured into three separate sections:
- Background: the context and purpose of the study;
- Description: the main findings;
- Conclusions: brief summary and potential implications.
Please note that as there is no word count available on the EasyChair form, you can use a tool like e.g. https://wordcounter.net. Submissions that succeed the maximum number of words will not be admitted to the review procedure.
